Welcome to PAC 99, Time Warner Cable's Public Access Channel for Oneida
cable customers.  This service is financed by cable customers and staffed by
community volunteers.  The PAC 99 studios are located at Oneida Senior
High School in cooperation with the Oneida City School District.
PAC 99 records and broadcasts governments meetings, community events, and submitted material on
Time Warner Cable channel 99.  PAC 99 also maintains a video bulletin board which broadcasts notices
